What are your Exchange Policies?
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from www.SportsDrive.in
In the event, that you may wish to exchange your product due to a sizing issue, colour issue, wrong product received, items received but damaged in transit (we don’t own our logistics / courier company), SportsDrive.in will be glad to assist you.
For products purchased from SportsDrive.in directly, we offer a 7 days product exchange policy, from the date of receipt of your goods (as mentioned above) provided, Items returned for exchange are unused and in an, as new condition with all packaging, original wrappers and labels/tags intacked and attached to the product. NO EXCHANGES on DISCOUNTED / CLOSE OUT products
Please keep in mind the following, to make sure your exchange is validated.
All products must be returned completely unused, along with the outer polybag, racquet cover & header card. The plastic wrap on the handle must not be removed and the racquet must not have any ball felt on the strings. The bumper guard and the frame must be free of any impact signs, scratches and must be in an absolute new condition for resale.
Footwear must be in brand new condition. You must use the same box your footwear was shipped in, to return the same. Please take utmost care to ensure that the footwear is tried on in a clean and hygienic manner so as not to dirty the footwear. The footwear soles must not be soiled nor must the footwear be worn. Tags attached to the footwear must not be removed in case you wish to exchange the same. The original footwear box along with the paper wrapper must be returned back to ensure the original condition of the product for re- sale.
All Apparel items must be returned, unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached to the garment and in the new / original condition received. The garment must be returned along with the original poly bag.
Swim Suits may be treated as Apparel (Please refer to the above)
Racing Suits for competition & Compression wear
These products are thoroughly checked by our team, individually, before being shipped to you. If not worn correctly, it is very likely that the suits may tear from their bonded / stitched seams or from the fabric. In the event of such a situation SportsDrive.in will not accept a return for exchange.
SportsDrive.in reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging for ReSale.
We DO NOT have a REFUND POLICY. In the event that the product, you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a Credit Note that may be redeemed as Store Credit for purchase of any products from SportsDrive.in, please take careful note of this before you make your purchase from us.
How do I return an item for Exchange?
In the likely event, that you may wish to return an item for exchange, please contact our
customer service first, before shipping any item back to us, they will be glad to assist you with your return for exchange.

All cost of item return for exchange will be borne by you. Items will have to be returned and the courier charges for the same must be paid by you.
Whilst we generally process returns for exchange the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 7 days (or longer during busy periods) for your exchanges to be processed.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such, we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us. Hence please ensure that the product is packaged well before you return the same to us for exchange.
When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above, to return the original goods and avail of the Store Credit.
You may reuse the packaging materials sent to you with your shipment.
