At www.SportsDrive.in, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with sizing, colour, or receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to assist you. Please review our exchange policy below for detailed information on how to proceed with an exchange.

Products on Sale or Discount

Please note that products purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange or return. We do not offer refunds. We recommend that you carefully review our size charts to ensure the correct fit before making your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original packaging, wrappers, and tags intact.
• Products on discount, closeout, or old models are not eligible for exchange.
• Swimwear is treated as apparel and must adhere to the above conditions.

Exchange Fees

• Racing Suits & Racing Jammers: An exchange and re-stocking fee of Rs. 3600.00 per product will be charged.
• Training Suits: An exchange and re-stocking fee of Rs. 480.00 per product will be charged.
• Fins: An exchange and re-stocking fee of Rs. 480.00 per product will be charged.

Special Considerations for Racing Suits & Racing Jammers

• These items are individually checked before shipping. Improper wearing may cause damage, and such damage will not be accepted for exchange.
• Carefully check your physical size against our size charts before ordering. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Process for Exchange

2. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a traceable and insured method of delivery.

1. Processing Time: While we aim to process returns the day they arrive, please allow up to 7 days (or longer during busy periods) for your exchange to be processed.

Store Credit

If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a Credit Note redeemable as Store Credit for future purchases from www.SportsDrive.in.

Urgent Replacements

For urgent replacements, place a new order on the website for the replacement item and follow the normal returns procedure to return the original goods and avail of the Store Credit.
