What are my delivery options in India?
Standard Delivery: Is Usually 4- 6 days after the date of despatch. Please allow upto 3-4 days additional for Deliveries to the North East and remote Indian Locations.
This service is free for all orders.
Express Delivery: Is Usually 2-4 days after the date of despatch. Please allow upto 3-4 days additional for Deliveries to the North East and remote Indian Locations.
This service is free for all orders over Rs.12,000.00

(Please note that the Next Working Day option is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock. Orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday to be despatched the same day.)

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
When will you despatch my order?
We usually ship all received orders on the next working day, or soon as all the items are available, subject to payment authorisation.
Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come into stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.
Please note: At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or in periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery when selected.
In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will keep you to informed.
I’ve missed my delivery?
For EMS SPEED POST parcels which have been attempted to be delivered and returned back to the local Post Office, The Local Post office must be contacted/visited by the customer themselves providing proof of id. This is the customer’s responsibility to check if parcel being held at their depot, and to arrange to collect the goods.
In the case of Blue Dart or FedEx a second attempt will be made to delivery your order.
In the Event that the parcel is returned back to us, you will be charged the full shipping cost to and fro.
We take great care in delivering your products to you through EMS SPEED POST & reputed couriers like BlueDart, FedEx, etc. Most of the products are shipped from warehouse in Mumbai. India, however few items are also directly shipped from our store other warehouses or vendors.
If you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, Please refuse to take delivery of the package and call us on +91 70454 55934. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
